This service of Bridge Cultures, Inc. is typically heavily customized to the needs of the specific executive or manager.

Fresh Start Program
If the client is new to working on the international arena, we provide a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of intercultural communications, including:

  • cultural profiles
  • communications styles
  • behavioral differences
  • social and business customs
  • political, economic, technological environment, and other.

All executive coaching is provided in one-on-one sessions at the office of the participant and may require some additional reading assignments. Bridge Cultures, Inc. uses engaging and interactive learning techniques that ensure quick and efficient absorption of the information provided.
Length of program: Five one-hour sessions scheduled within a two-week period at the convenience of the participant.
Location: onsite
Tools provided: Instructional materials, exercises, a final quiz to measure comprehension and retention of the material.


Executive Evaluation and Training

For more internationally experienced executives, we customize the sessions to focus on specific functions or tasks, such as:

  • giving a culturally-correct presentations
  • negotiating with international customers
  • handling bureaucracy, corruption, and other critical situations
  • dealing with culture shock and other issues

Bridge Cultures strives to provide training that goes beyond the visible cultural signs--gestures, food, customs, etc.--and into the deeper layers of culture where the real differences lie. Armed with this knowledge, an executive can easily adapt and function successfully among his or her business partners regardless of their geographical location.
Length of program: A minimum of three one-hour sessions scheduled within a two-week period at the convenience of the participant.
